What GeoVize Does, and What It Costs

I get local businesses found when someone asks a question, not just when they type a search. That means the answer engines people use now, and the Google results that still send most of the traffic. Both, because both still matter.

Start with the free AI Visibility Check

Send me your website. I run your business through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Google Search the way a customer would ask, then tell you whether you show up, who shows up instead of you, and which sources those tools are citing.

No charge and no call required. Most businesses find out they are fine on Google and invisible to the tools. That gap is the thing I fix. Request your free AI Visibility Check.

Then fix it

Content and AEO/SEO Retainer

From $1,500 per month

Most sites need their content rewritten, not added to. Copy written for people skimming a page does not give an answer engine anything it can quote, so I rebuild your existing pages from scratch and write the new ones the same way. That means committing to answers instead of hedging, specific numbers instead of ranges, and real local detail instead of filler. New pages get added on a monthly basis to keep the content fresh.

Keyword and content strategy, on page work, internal linking, and monthly reporting run alongside it, because Google still sends most of your traffic.

Google Business Profile and NAP Cleanup

From $750, one time

Your Business Profile is the single biggest lever for local AI visibility. I claim it, categorize it correctly, and set one exact version of your name, address, and phone across your profile, your website, and your schema so all three agree letter for letter.

I also find the outside listings working against you, including duplicates, legacy profiles under an old business name, and directories carrying a phone number you stopped using years ago. You get the full list with what is wrong on each one, so you can correct them or hand it to whoever can.

Technical SEO and Schema Build

$1,500 up to 10 pages · $2,500 up to 25 · from $3,500 beyond

Structured data that tells machines what your business is, what it does, and where it works. Organization and LocalBusiness schema, Service and FAQ markup, site architecture, and crawl level fixes. A page means a page that gets worked on, not every URL on your site. If 12 pages out of 40 are the ones that matter, that is a 12 page job.

Stay Named

$500 per month, ongoing

Getting named once is not the same as staying named. The AI platforms change their outputs, directories drift, your own site changes break the markup underneath it, and competitors keep publishing. Every month I re-run your check by hand across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Google Search on the questions that matter to you, catch any drift in your name, address, and phone across your profile, site, schema, and directories, revalidate your schema, and build or correct at least two outside citations. You get a short written read on what moved and why.

This is the off-site half of the work, and it is the half most providers skip because it does not fit in a dashboard.

What one customer is worth

Before you decide whether this is worth doing, run the number on your own business.

A plumber doing a repipe is somewhere around $4,000 to $15,000. An HVAC company replacing a system, $8,000 to $15,000. A roofer on a full replacement, $10,000 to $30,000. A pool builder on an inground build, $60,000 and up.

Google Business Profile and NAP cleanup is $750. A technical SEO and schema build starts at $1,500. Staying named after that is $500 a month.

So the question is not whether you can afford this. It is whether the work brings you one customer you would not have gotten otherwise. One job covers it several times over, and the visibility keeps working after that job closes.

Now the part most people selling this leave out. It will not happen this week. Profile and directory fixes can change what AI tools say within two to four weeks, because those sources get re-read often. Content-driven visibility takes three to six months. Run the number across a year, not a month.

If your math says no, it says no, and I would rather you know that before you write a check.

Who I work with

I work with businesses across the United States, and I am at my best with small local ones. Pool builders, contractors, home services, and professional practices. Businesses where one new customer is worth more than a month of marketing, and where being the name a neighbor repeats still decides who gets the call.

I am based in Brunswick, Georgia, and I know the Golden Isles market firsthand. St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Darien, and Glynn County are home, so when I say a query has no good local answer, I have checked.

GeoVize is me. Fifteen years in content and search strategy, and the person who audits your site is the person who rewrites your pages and builds your schema. No account manager, no handoff, no junior team learning on your account. Small by design, and it stays that way.

Common questions

How much does AEO cost?

GeoVize starts with a free AI Visibility Check. Paid work starts at $750 for Google Business Profile and NAP cleanup. A technical SEO and schema build is $1,500 for up to 10 pages, $2,500 up to 25, and from $3,500 beyond that. Content and SEO retainers start at $1,500 per month, and Stay Named, the monthly visibility and off-site citation work, is $500 per month. Nationally, most small businesses pay between $1,500 and $3,000 per month for this category of work.

What is the difference between AEO and SEO?

SEO gets your page ranked in a list of links. AEO gets your business named inside an answer. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI Mode who to call, the tool reads sources and writes a recommendation. AEO is the work of making your site one of the sources it trusts and quotes. You need both, because most traffic still comes from ordinary search results.

How long before I show up in AI search?

Google Business Profile and directory fixes can change what AI tools say about you within two to four weeks, because those sources are re-read often. Content driven visibility takes longer, usually three to six months, because the pages have to be published, indexed, and then trusted enough to be cited.

Do I need AEO if I already rank well on Google?

Ranking well and being cited are different things. Plenty of businesses sit in the top three on Google and never get named by ChatGPT, because the AI tools read your entity signals and your directory listings, not just your rankings. Ranking first protects you today. It does not protect you from a customer who asks a chatbot instead.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?

No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. The AI platforms control their own outputs and change them often. What I can do is build the signals that make citation far more likely, then track your visibility over time so you can see it moving.
